Have been away from the computer for awhile, but your gorgeous garden has been in my thoughts during all the news about the wind. Given your garden's history, it was no surprise that it was hard hit, and I hope that this spring will bless you with inspiration for its next incarnation. I prefer to think that your "Heaven" has gone to heaven, because that is where all beautiful gardens should go along with the rest of our loved ones that we become separated from on this earthly plane. Also, all gardens- even ones at such a level of self -actualization as yours attained, are and should be works in progress, reflecting the spritual growth of the gardener. And even if a garden should be completely dissheveled, it is still the space belonging to the gardener that we love (and as such, the other gardeners that do love you can be recruited for gardening renovation parties!)
